We spent our new year in this hotel and the room was comfortable with a great bed. the staff were welcoming and proficient in English. the hotel was located near the convention center and we could easily walk to the nearby store.

The hotel has zero facilities within, including no breakfast service or mini-bar, which was frustrating. There was one lift for a multi-storey hotel, leading to long wait times, which was absurd.
